Malcolm has a strong track record of work at Board and Executive team levels. His OD and innovative leadership development work with public service reform extends over two decades. He has expertise in management selection and recruitment, assessor training, development centre design and centre management. He has years of experience of action learning facilitation and facilitator training.
He is an Associate Fellow of the BPS and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Malcolm is registered to use MBTI, the U Process, defensive routines. He is qualified and experienced in the application of the multivariate statistical approach to the design and validation of psychometric tests; he contributed to the development of the OPQ.
