Alyse works with leadership talent across the world and has over 20 years’ experience in developing and coaching individuals and teams to create step changes for themselves and their businesses. Her background in international Blue chip organisations in a range of sectors in European marketing, HR, change management and Leadership development means she brings both commercial edge and psychological depth to her work as well as sensitivity in working across cultural boundaries.
Alyse combines creativity with rigour to get beneath the surface of client issues and deliver programmes which forge change. She is a skilled coach and designs creative, engaging development programmes. Described as an inspiring speaker, she brings her fresh thinking, coaching and acting skills to the fore in creating compelling conferences and events.
Her philosophy is grounded in positive psychology and a belief that creating the conditions for people to think well unleashes their energy and potential. Her style is to bring sensitivity and challenge when facilitating groups. She works flexibly in the moment to surface and respond to what is happening in the room. Her hallmark is asking “so what? What is the shift or change that is created as a result of any intervention?”
Alye is an accredited professional Executive coach (ICF PCC) and recently been invited to join the teaching faculty of the Academy of Executive coaching as an alumni having completed the Advanced Diploma and the Certificate in Pychology of Coaching. She has qualified in the use of the following tools: Level A&B certified in MBTI, Strengthscope, OPQ, Hogans and Firo-B Accredited Time to Think Coach and Consultant. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and development.
