Clare is part of the lifetimeswork Team Resilience Research Programme.
Clare has run her coaching practice, Move Ahead Global, since 2004. Following corporate careers in Marks and Spencer and Kelly Services, she has now 30 years of experience in a variety of businesses and corporations as a Coach, Manager, and Consultant.
Clients include Claro Learning, ARGANS Ltd, HE Space, City College Plymouth, Spinnaker International, Plymouth City Council, Samworth Brothers, Smurfit Kappa, Riviera International, and the NHS.
She works internationally and have a strong interest and skill-base in Global Executive Coaching, a branch of coaching that aims to support Global Executives to negotiate today’s fast-paced and often ambiguous international business environment and work productively across cultures.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments in neuroscience, her approach is to enable clients to recognise and capitalise on their unique behavioural preferences thus levering greater engagement from teams and colleagues. Her clients say she brings a welcome balance of challenge and empathy which enables growth beyond expectation.
Clare holds a BSc Hons (SocSci) Economic & Social History; LCH Coaching Diploma (ECI accredited); Advantara® Global Executive Coach Development and Education Program. Clare is a member of the Association for Coaching and Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches
