2 Introducing the 'My Value Coaching Model

Many leaders are caught in 'gap management' where they fill the gap between what makes for a good job, and what their team can apparently deliver. The leader finds themselves covering for weaker members of the team. Or they continue to get involved in areas where they were once expert. They often have not let go of their drive to deliver on task, and in doing so, have not understood what they need to do to step up as a leader.

This 'My Value'  Coaching Model helps initiate thinking around what a good and a great job might mean, how to enable a closing of the team 'gap', and how to transform the value of the whole effort to achieve a much greater level of impact.
