Group Themed Coaching

Group coaching enables collaborative and individual learning of leaders facing similar issues and challenges, but who not do form part of the same team. Group coaching is a step-up from action learning. The coaching enables leaders to share the experience and  power of coaching in terms of enabling ownership and accountability, an increase of perspective,  and most importantly transformative learning in the room.  Each group member will experience being coached individually confidentially, within the group openly, and by peers openly. Coaching clinics are held on specific issues that arise.

Group coaching includes individual coaching and group coaching workshops. Workshops are used to significantly open out understanding and encourage experimentation of different ways of working and thinking. Individual sessions are used for assimilation of what this means for each leader. The combination leads to an affordable and focussed learning programme that is targeted to individual needs around the organisational agenda.
